Thanks for posting the Michael Pollan talk. I have read The Botany of Desire, The Omnivore's Dilemna and I just finished In Defense of Food.
These are three books that everyone should read. The ideas he described in the talk relate mainly to the first two books I mentioned, and the In Defense of Food helps us appreciate all of his teachings every time we pick up a fork.
